What’s included in the hire price?
Exclusive use of the studio, free parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and toilet facilities, and on-site support from the MxL team.
We’re currently building up our studio equipment — if there’s something you think we should include for free, let us know.
Do you provide lighting or camera equipment?
We’re currently building our in-house kit list and will be adding lighting and camera gear soon — at no extra cost. Got a suggestion? Tell us what you’d love to see in the studio.
How many people can attend a shoot?
As many as you need — just send us a list of names in advance for health and safety purposes.
Can I bring my own props or set pieces? Can you provide these?
Yes, you can bring anything you like. Or, make it easy and use ours: we have furniture, plinths, backdrops and staging ready to go. Need something custom? Our in-house build team can design and make it for you.
Can I customise the studio space?
Absolutely — it’s one of the things that makes us different. We can repaint, restyle, or build from scratch to suit your vision. From bespoke sets and furniture to brand visuals and staging, we can make it happen quickly and cost-effectively.
What are your opening hours?
Standard shoot hours are 9am–5pm, but if you need earlier, later, or weekend access, just ask — we’re flexible.
Can I book at short notice?
Yes — if the space is free, we’ll make it happen.
How big is the studio space?
11.8m x 6.5m. Check out the full floor plan. We can break this up into multiple, smaller spaces upon request.
Are there toilets?
Yes — we have separate male and female toilet facilities
Is there a green room?
We’re working on creating a dedicated green room, but for now, you can use our bathroom facilities, complete with mirrors, for changing. If you need something specific — for example, a private changing space or a make-up and hair area with lighting — just let us know.
Are there kitchen facilities?
Yes — you’ll have access to a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, tableware, and cutlery, plus complimentary tea and coffee.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes — we have free on-site parking for you and your crew.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes — fast, reliable Wi-Fi is included in every booking.
